This website offers visitors violin tutoring services in Werribee, VIC Australia. When purchase a service, you agree that: (i) you are responsible for reading the full service listing before making a commitment to buy it: (ii) you enter into a legally binding contract to purchase a service when you commit to buy a service and you complete the check-out payment process.

The prices we charge for using our services are listed on the website. We reserve the right to change our prices for products displayed at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. Additional information about pricing and sales tax is available on the payments page.

 

Cancellation and refund policy

Bookings may be purchased, rescheduled, or cancelled and refunded, as long as it is requested or completed 24 hours before the start time of the booking. Any requests can be directed as a query through the website, or as an email to:
admin@spencersviolinlessons.com.

 

If unable to attend the booking for any reason, the lesson may be rescheduled for a later date, as long as 1 hours notice is given before the start time of the booking. If an arranged time within a month of the original booking cannot be agreed upon, the lesson will not be rescheduled and the offer rescinded.

 

If the student is absent for the lesson, with no notice given (via website query, email or phone sms where contact number has been given to regular students), no refund or reschedule will be offered.

In case of accident, emergency or illness, the owner may be unable to provide a booked service. In this case, the customer will be notified as soon as possible, and offered a refund or rescheduled booking.

 

Retention of right to change offering

We may, without prior notice, change the website and the services offered; stop offering services or any feature of the services; or create limits for the services offered. We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend access to the website and the services offered without notice and liability for any reason, or for no reason.
